None to date.Our Seaport-E Project Management Operations (PMO) is led by our Seaport-E Program Manager (PM).
Quality Assurance Program:
Our team follows proven processes and procedures tailored to the requirements of individual customers. Communication is a fundamental and essential element of our teams quality assurance approach. Our team establishes a proactive and responsive relationship with the customer. The following reporting mechanisms provide visibility into program status and a formal forum for problem reporting and resolution:
Performance-Based Quality Control Plan (QCP) Monthly Status Reports (MSRs):
Our leadership reviews each MSR submitted by task leads and provides them to applicable Seaport-E designated representatives.
Quarterly Management Reviews:
Our PM will meet with the Contracting Officer, COR, and/or Quality Assurance Evaluator to review our performance and/or resolve reported deficiencies.
Project Reviews:
Team ICE conducts frequent peer reviews. These reviews cover the status of technical progress, finances and budgets, deliverables, staffing, and plans.
